WOW....I am a dishnetwork tech. Its my day off and I was asked to turn on my van phone so calls could be forwarded to me. So to help with answering questions. As far as getting to standard channels. If they dont show up in your guide already, press the guide button and while in guide you will notice a list at the top. options are all chan, all sub, maybe my channels, and HD. Choose all sub. This will get your standard channels in your guide. Havent heard an eta on anything yet. Mine is out also....Dangit! Trying to watch Fox Sports Midwest......Cross your fingers that it will get fixed soon.
